Don't guess the right pushrod length! Get this pushrod length checking tool for LS Engines. 6.80" to 7.80" from Cam Motion.
Extending the checker one rotation lengthens the gauge length 0.050. For example, a pushrod etched 6.800 screwed apart one rotation would be: 6.800 + 0.050 = 6.850 gauge length.
