Overview
The BoostLine Connecting Rods for Chevrolet LS engines are designed for extreme performance and durability in high-horsepower builds. With a 6.125-inch center-to-center length, they are a direct fit for Gen III, IV, and LT-based LS engines. These rods are forged from premium 4340 steel and undergo heat treatment and shot peening to deliver maximum fatigue resistance. Featuring BoostLine’s patented three-pocket I-beam design, they offer up to 60% more bending strength and 20% lower tensile stress than traditional H-beam rods, making them ideal for forced induction or nitrous applications. Each rod includes a 0.927-inch wrist pin bore with full-floating Ampco bronze bushings to reduce friction and wear. High-strength ARP 2000 7/16" cap screw bolts are standard, with optional upgrades to ARP 625+ for extreme builds. Compatible with 2.100" crank journals and 2.225" big-end bores, each rod is CMM-inspected at 26 points for quality assurance and comes with an individual inspection report. Precision-machined and shot-peened in Mentor, Ohio, these rods are engineered to handle over 2,000 horsepower while maintaining excellent reliability and balance.
