The PSR 5855A‑S Dual Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbocharger is engineered for 770 horsepower, making it a powerful choice for high-performance and racing applications. It features a curved-point milled A-series billet compressor wheel that enhances airflow and efficiency, paired with a lightweight A-series turbine wheel with decentered blades for faster spool-up and reduced turbo lag. The turbo’s design includes an anti-surge compressor housing with integrated speed sensor and boost reference ports for precise performance monitoring. The dual ceramic ball bearing system minimizes shaft movement, improving response and durability. It accepts a 4-inch hose inlet and 2-inch outlet on the compressor side, while the turbine side uses a T25 inlet and V-band outlet with a 0.72 A/R ratio to balance airflow and spool. The unit also features water-cooled and oil-lubricated housing with standardized fittings—such as M14×1.5 water ports, a –4 AN pre-installed oil restrictor, and a T3 flange for oil drainage—ensuring reliable thermal management and straightforward installation.
