Overview
The PSR 5855G DBB Forward turbocharger is a high-performance unit capable of supporting up to 770 horsepower. It features a 58mm inducer and 71mm exducer 9-blade G-Aero billet compressor wheel with extended tapered tip technology for enhanced airflow and efficiency. The turbine side is equipped with a 60mm inducer and 55mm exducer 9-blade Inconel 713C wheel, offering excellent heat resistance and high exhaust flow. This turbo uses a dual ceramic ball bearing system to improve spool response and durability. It includes a 0.72 A/R V-band turbine housing for an optimal balance between spool time and top-end power. The turbocharger comes with an internal wastegate controlled by a 12 psi billet actuator for precise boost management. Cooling is managed through oil and water ports, with a pre-installed oil restrictor to ensure reliable lubrication. The oil drain flange is a standard T3 type for easy installation. The compressor inlet and outlet are designed for a 4-inch and 2-inch hose respectively, and the compressor cover includes a speed sensor port for real-time monitoring and tuning. Multiple turbine inlet configurations such as T25, T3, T4, or V-band are available to ensure compatibility with a variety of manifolds. Overall, the PSR 5855G is engineered for high power, durability, and versatility in demanding applications.
