Overview
The UEM Icon Elite flat-top piston set is designed for GM LS2, LS3, LSA, and LS9 engines with 6.0L or 6.2L displacement, a 4.030" bore, and a 4.000" stroke. Constructed from high-strength 2618 forged aluminum, these pistons are engineered for high-performance use in naturally aspirated builds or with power adders. They feature a flat-top profile with a +4cc crown volume, delivering an estimated compression ratio of 11.5:1 with 64.5cc cylinder heads and 11.0:1 with 68.4cc heads. Designed to work with 6.125" rods and .927" wrist pins, these pistons include premium features such as CNC-machined valve reliefs, anodized crown and top land for added durability, accumulator grooves to reduce ring flutter, and offset wrist pins to minimize piston slap. The M42 skirt coating helps reduce friction and wear, supporting long-term reliability in demanding applications. Each piston weighs approximately 418 grams (excluding a 121g wrist pin), and is made to fit engines with a 9.240" deck height and 15° valve angle.
