Overview
The Melling 10396 Oil Pump is a high-pressure, standard-volume oil pump designed for Ford 5.0L Coyote engines from 2011–2017. It comes pre-installed with a +5 psi pressure spring and includes an optional standard-pressure spring, allowing flexibility depending on your engine's needs. The housing is made from hard coat anodized aluminum, and it features a phosphate-coated cast iron cover for improved strength and corrosion resistance. A threaded pressure relief nut allows precise oil pressure adjustments. It uses a 1.0-inch bolt-on pickup tube and includes an O-ring for a secure seal. As a direct upgrade for Melling M395 and M396 pumps, it’s ideal for performance builds requiring improved pressure without increasing oil volume. Each unit is pressure and flow tested under real-world conditions, and it’s proudly made in the USA.
