Overview
The PSR 5455G DBB Forward Turbocharger is designed to deliver up to 660 horsepower, making it a great choice for high-performance street and motorsport applications. It features a dual ceramic ball bearing system that provides quicker spool-up, enhanced throttle response, and improved durability. The turbo is equipped with a 9-blade G-Aero billet compressor wheel and a 9-blade G-Aero Inconel 713C turbine wheel, offering excellent airflow efficiency and heat resistance. Its T51R-modified forward-facing compressor housing with an anti-surge ported shroud helps reduce compressor surge and improve boost stability. The unit includes an integrated speed sensor port for real-time monitoring and tuning. The turbine housing has a 0.72 A/R ratio with T3 style V-band inlet and outlet for a compact, secure fit and flexible installation options. The compressor side features a 4-inch hose inlet and 2-inch outlet optimized for efficient airflow. Additionally, the turbocharger has a water-cooled and oil-lubricated center housing to maintain thermal stability and lubrication, with standardized fittings like M14 x 1.5 water ports, a –4 AN oil restrictor, and a T3 oil drain flange for easy installation.
