Overview
The PSR 2867 Gen2 DBB T51R MOD turbocharger is engineered for high-performance applications, supporting up to 550 horsepower. It features a dual ceramic ball bearing (DBB) system that ensures faster spool-up, reduced friction, and improved reliability. At its core is a Gen2 billet 8-blade compressor wheel with extended tapered tip technology for optimized airflow and efficiency. The 9-blade Inconel 713C turbine wheel is built to handle extreme heat while maintaining flow performance. This model includes a T51R-modified compressor housing, which enhances sound and flow dynamics. The turbine housing has a 0.72 A/R ratio with both V-band inlet and outlet, offering ease of installation and strong sealing. It also includes an integrated internal wastegate (IWG) with actuator, allowing for precise boost control. A built-in speed sensor port in the compressor cover enables real-time turbo speed monitoring, useful for tuning and diagnostics. The turbo is water-cooled and oil-lubricated, with standard –4AN oil feed and M14x1.5 water port fittings, and comes equipped with V-band flange kits for straightforward integration.
