The PSR New Generation 38mm Dual V-Band External Wastegate is a compact, high-performance boost control solution designed for demanding turbocharged applications. It features a fully stainless steel internal construction—including the valve seat, valve bushing, housing, and flanges—ensuring long-term durability and consistent performance under extreme heat and pressure. The wastegate is equipped with a high-temperature Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm, built to withstand harsh thermal cycling without compromising reliability. Its dual V-band inlet and outlet design allows for a compact, secure, and leak-free installation, with both flanges and clamps included for convenience. The unit supports user-adjustable actuator positioning, enabling precise control of boost response based on the engine’s configuration. For added tuning flexibility, it comes with multiple springs to adjust actuation pressure. The wastegate is also water-cooled, which significantly improves heat management during prolonged high-boost operation, making it ideal for street, track, and race applications where consistent thermal performance is critical.
