Overview
The UEM Icon Elite piston set is designed for GM LS2, LS3, LSA, and LS9 engines with 6.0L and 6.2L displacements, built to meet the demands of high-performance street and racing applications. With a 4.070" bore and 4.000" stroke, these flat-top pistons feature 4cc valve reliefs, supporting higher compression ratios and improved combustion efficiency—ideal for naturally aspirated builds or mild boost setups. Each piston is forged from premium 2618 aluminum for superior strength, heat resistance, and durability under high stress. They’re compatible with 6.125" connecting rods and .927" floating wrist pins, and feature a compression height of 1.115". The design includes CNC-machined valve reliefs for accurate fitment, anodized crown and top land for added protection, and accumulator grooves to minimize ring flutter and maximize ring seal. Offset wrist pins help reduce piston slap, while the M42 skirt coating reduces friction and wear for better longevity. Weighing in at 418 grams (not including the 121g wrist pin), these pistons are optimized for engines with a 9.240" deck height and 15° valve angle, providing a reliable, high-performance solution for demanding builds.
