Overview
This high‑performance turbo features a dual ceramic ball bearing system, which significantly reduces shaft movement and friction, markedly improving spool response and long‑term durability. The compressor side is upgraded with a 9‑blade G‑Aero billet wheel that uses Extended Tapered‑Tip technology for enhanced airflow and efficiency, while the turbine side utilizes a 9‑blade G‑Aero Inconel 713C wheel built to withstand high exhaust temperatures and high boost demands. The compressor inlet includes an anti‑surge ported‑shroud design to prevent compressor surge under heavy flow, and it features a built‑in speed‑sensor port for better monitoring. It is internally waste‑gated and paired with a billet actuator (typically set around 12–14 psi), allowing precise boost control. With wheel sizes of approximately 54 × 67 mm on the compressor and 54 × 49 mm on the turbine, and various turbine housing options (e.g., A/R .49, .72, .92), it is engineered to support power levels up to around 600 BHP in suitable setups.
