Overview
The PSR Logoed PSR3584 Gen3 DBB Turbocharger is a high-performance unit capable of supporting up to 1050 horsepower, making it ideal for demanding street or race applications. It features a dual ceramic ball bearing (DBB) system that significantly improves spool time, throttle response, and durability compared to traditional journal bearing setups. The turbo is equipped with a 10-blade Gen2 billet compressor wheel with an extended tapered tip design, engineered to maximize airflow and efficiency. On the turbine side, it houses a 10-blade Inconel 713C T67 turbine wheel, offering excellent flow capacity and thermal resistance under extreme exhaust conditions. The 1.15 A/R turbine housing provides a strong balance between high-end power and response, while the standard T3 inlet and 5-bolt outlet make it compatible with a wide range of setups. This model also includes an integrated internal wastegate (IWG) with a 10 psi actuator, allowing for consistent and controlled boost management. The compressor cover is designed with an integrated speed sensor port for precise turbo RPM monitoring, and the housing allows for straightforward plumbing with a 4.0" inlet and 2.5" outlet. It is both oil- and water-cooled, featuring –4AN oil feed, T3 drain flange, and M14x1.5 water ports, ensuring long-term reliability.
