Overview

The PSR Bolt-On Turbocharger for the 2017–2022 Can-Am Maverick X3 is a high-performance, direct-fit upgrade designed to significantly boost power without requiring any modifications to the vehicle. It features a dual ceramic ball bearing system for quicker spool-up, reduced friction, and enhanced durability, making it ideal for aggressive off-road use. The turbo is equipped with a precision-machined billet 6+6 blade compressor wheel and an Inconel 713c 11-blade turbine wheel, offering efficient airflow and high heat resistance. A 360° thrust bearing system is included to further improve longevity under extreme conditions. The anti-surge ported-shroud compressor inlet, with an integrated speed sensor port, helps maintain smooth airflow and prevent compressor surge. Both the inlet and outlet use V-band connections for a secure, leak-free fit and easier installation. A stainless steel turbine housing ensures excellent heat resistance, and the kit includes all necessary hardware and a T3 to V-band adapter for flexible fitment. With a standard 8.0 psi actuator and multiple housing options available, this turbocharger delivers dependable, responsive power for a wide range of Maverick X3 models from 2017 to 2022.
